Ben Giordano has worked in the website design and WordPress space for over 20 years, building deep, hands-on expertise across every facet of
WordPress development — from custom theme builds to
high-performance hosting and complex troubleshooting. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and the founder and CEO of Freshy, which he has led since its inception in 2011.
Under Ben’s leadership, Freshy has grown into the largest
fully in-house WordPress web design and development agency on the US East Coast. The company is trusted by a wide range of clients across industries including education, government, healthcare, and nonprofits, and is known for its process-driven design, best-in-class support, and client-first philosophy.
As CEO, Ben leads platform strategy, product innovation, and the evolution of Freshy's services and customer experience. His obsession with quality, service, and operational efficiency continues to shape the culture of the company. When he’s not working with the Freshy team, Ben enjoys life in Upstate New York with his wife and four children.
