As an account manager, I get the privilege to work closely with new clients while helping them learn about our services, dreaming with them about their goals, and ensuring they are happy with their finished project.
Jackson is a natural people person, an avid story-teller, and an account manager with strong opinions about fonts and professional hockey. He grew up in the heart of North Carolina where he scored his first freelance business by building Myspace profiles for students at his middle school. Jackson has worked with hundreds of nonprofit organizations — helping them leverage digital tools as a catalyst for greater impact. When he is not working, you will likely find him in the kitchen trying to create the perfect omelette.
The most thrilling part about my role as Account Manager is seeing the vision emerge from the collaboration between our team and the client — the flow of ideas back and forth makes it exciting and I love guiding the client through the onboarding process until they’re not just satisfied but giddy for launch.
Zac is an Account Manager with 10+ years experience in web design and tech support. He loves becoming an expert on his clients’ needs and finding the touch points where a complex tool can solve the demands of their business. A writer and true “extroverted introvert” by nature, he likes to think of his role in tech as similar to a translator: taking a foreign language and making it simple, clear, and beautiful. (He loves guitars, good whiskey, and good books, too!)
Being a regional account manager for FreshySites means that I get to help people in my community create beautiful websites for their businesses.

Originally a Binghamton, NY native, Liz started working at FreshySites in early 2018. Liz was bitten by the “wanderlust bug” and after a lot of thought and deliberation, she made a difficult decision to leave everything she knew to move to Colorado in late 2018. She is passionate about the digital space and loves to see a clients vision and story come to life through a working website, or a design they love. Outside of work you can find Liz hanging with cats at the Denver Cat Cafe, taking a cycling class, and enjoying the Colorado sunshine with a camping or hiking trip.
I bring your website to life — always with the thought of the end user in mind.

Karina is a 2012 graduate from the State University of New York at Oswego where she received a BA in Art with Graphic Design emphasis. As a Syracuse-area native, she gained 4 years of web design agency experience before joining FreshySites in early 2018 as a Web Designer. Karina has been intrigued by design ever since she designed a t-shirt for a middle school event. She loves seeing her creations “out in the wild” with no one the wiser on who designed it or how much time and thought went into it. In her free time you will find her reading, volunteering at the Humane Society, enjoying the Adirondacks and wine tasting.
I build out custom designed websites that your target clients can easily navigate and enjoy coming back to.

Tim is equipped with an explosive background, literally. Previously, upon graduation from The College of Saint Rose Center for Art & Design (Albany, NY) with a Graphic Design major and an Art History minor, he was an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist for the F-16 fighter jet in the Air Force. After graduation, Tim spent a few years at an advertising and marketing agency in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After 11 years of relocating, including Texas, Arizona, New York and Pennsylvania, Tim finally settled back home for good and joined FreshySites. When Tim’s not in the office, working his design magic (sans wand), you can find him enjoying the outdoors, catching up on sports, seeking out exceptional craft beers and spending quality time with his family.
My focus is on the total client success experience; from building a passionate and knowledgeable support team to continuously working to improve our processes and client-facing resources.
