Director of Customer Experience
Kelsey Moore is a Binghamton, NY native and graduate of the University at Buffalo, where she earned a degree in Communication Design. She has an extensive creative background ranging from fine arts to graphic design and commercial production. Kelsey joined Freshy in 2012 as a Web Designer, but quickly transitioned from design to project management. These days, Kelsey is the Operations Manager, which means she works with all internal departments, though if she’s being honest, her true passion is project management and client relationships. Outside of the office Kelsey is a through and through Harry Potter nerd, true crime podcast enthusiast, and mom of two girls.
