Haven House Services partnered with Freshy to completely reimagine their digital presence and create a modern website that better reflects their mission of helping youth be safe, supported, and successful. The project focused on simplifying a complex program structure, improving user experience, strengthening fundraising efforts, and creating a more impactful storytelling platform. The result is a streamlined, accessible website that connects youth, families, volunteers, donors, and community partners with the resources and support they need.

What we delivered

Freshy redesigned and rebuilt the Haven House website from the ground up, replacing an outdated structure with a modern, mission-focused experience that better serves youth, families, donors, and community partners.

Reorganized a large collection of programs and resources into a simplified navigation structure, helping visitors quickly find support services, program information, volunteer opportunities, and ways to give.

Created a visually engaging homepage and site page design that highlights Haven House’s mission, success stories, program areas, community impact metrics, and calls-to-action for donations and involvement and appeals to their wide-range audiences.

Refined content presentation across the site to better visually enhance the organization’s services, youth success stories, and long-standing impact throughout the Raleigh community.

Built a fully responsive website optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, ensuring an accessible experience for all users.
