Simply put, we don’t use the same billing software as the previous company. To securely transition your billing into our platform, we ask you to provide your payment details via our secure and encrypted form. This ensures no headaches are caused, such as double-billing or missed invoice payments.

While a client of Freshy, we will do our absolute best to provide website-related services to you, and keep your website up-and-running for your visitors. As mentioned above, we may need to move your website from the previous company’s hosting provider, to our own. This enables us to provide the highest level of support we offer, as it gives us the additional insights and access to tooling that we require. It provides you the with the additional peace-of-mind as mentioned above. Depending on whether we have access to your domain’s DNS records, or you do, we may require that A records and/or CNAME records are updated — so that your domain is pointing to the correct server. Alternatively, we may request that the name server (NS) are moved into our own Cloudflare account. If any of that is confusing, please know that we are here to help you through this process if necessary, and take as much of this off your plate as we can.
