Lead web developer

Provide expert WP strategy, development, and guidance to FS team and FS clients.

Provide company-wide guidance, direction, and expertise on development related items, tasks, and work

• Work with current Freshy team to help support in all things development
• Provide guidance, experience, and expertise on development related issues
• Provide development strategy and direction for non-technical team members and other client-facing team members
• Work with clients directly to support complex development tasks, requirements, and projects
• Manage personal workload and delegate to other team members as you see fit to maintain a reasonable workload and development bandwidth allocation

Support fs teams with new build functionality requests in a sustainable manner

• Strategize, develop, manage, and implement, sustainable wp solutions for client sites and new build projects
• Support designers, builders, developers and provide guidance towards appropriate wp technical decisions

Client facing WP developer and team liaison

• Manage client relationships as forward facing developer for internal team
  • Act as a support mechanism for less experienced developers and provide client facing solutions

Tier III support and actions

• Continue to operate in tier III support operations
• High touch, high expertise, client facing support

New business development

• Work with appropriate CSR team members to develop future proposals
• Spec, scope, and support sales efforts for new business and new projects in the technical WP space

Operational improvements

• Focus on company wide improvements to process, WP infrastructure, etc
• Work with all company wide teams to optimize operational efficiencies and implement WP best practices based systems
