If you’ve noticed that the Gravity PDF WordPress plugin isn’t working correctly – that the PDF’s generated are not able to be viewed – check the steps below to correct.
NOTE that these steps need to be followed for every individual form that uses this PDF tool:
- Edit the form within Gravity Forms.
- Go to ‘Settings –> PDF.’
- Click on the template name that you’re using.
- Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab, and then under the option ‘Enable Public Access,’ select ‘Yes.’
- Then hit ‘Save.’
- Now under ‘Enabled Public Access,’ select ‘No.’
- Then hit ‘Save.’
After that, you’ll be set!
