Another year at FreshySites has flown by.
It’s hard to believe you’re already reading another year-end blog post, but there’s so much to celebrate that happened in 2018! Let’s take a minute to review the highlights of the last 365 days.
Looking Back on 2018…
We started off 2018 by launching Binghamton Stock Photography.
This is an ongoing community project meant to celebrate and honor our home – and the birthplace of FS – by providing any/everyone with beautiful, high-resolution (and free!) photos of the Greater Binghamton area.
We’re honored and proud to support the area that gave FreshySites its start.
This year also afforded FS Founder Ben Giordano the opportunity to further serve the Binghamton region in his appointment to the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Ben, and FreshySites’ new digs, were also featured on local news outlets Fox 40 and Newschannel 34 to cover our September 2017 move to the Roberson Carriage House, our local roots and more.
From our annual team Park Day this past June (Yellow Team for the win yet again!), to our first-ever Client Appreciation BBQ, various team bonding activities, the FS office holiday party, potluck and ugly sweater contest, our growing team has made ourselves right at home in our 34 Front Street space this year.
Speaking of growth, we added five full-time members to the Freshy team in 2018! Crazy, right?
We introduced you to them on our social media over the course of the past year, but you can familiarize yourself more with Emily, Dave, Karina, TJ and Tylar in their online bios.
Now onto the purpose for it all – the websites we brought to life!
Websites Built, Support Tickets Answered & More
In 2018, we gained 291 new clients and launched 186 websites.
The most websites launched in a single month this year goes to August with 22 sites launched in 31 days. Some of the coolest sites we launched this year include:

And what about Support stats?
This past year, we added 2 full-time members to our Support Team – Emily and Dave.
In 2018, there were 74 formally scoped projects quoted, approved and completed by our Support Team. That same team answered 4,028 total support tickets in the past 365 days – that’s roughly 11,000 emails from clients!
How does that compare to 2017? That’s a 55% increase from the 2,591 tickets answered in 2017.
That’s pretty epic if we say so.

Needless to say, 2018 has been one of the best years yet for FreshySites – and we’re more than ready for a memorable, one-of-a-kind 2019. To our team, clients, family and friends that made 2018 as incredible as it was – thank you all! We couldn’t have done it without you.
