Like almost every other year we’ve been in business, 2017 seemed to fly by. In the midst of the holiday craziness, we wanted to take a look back at all the incredible moments for FreshySites in the last 365 days.
Looking Back on 2017…
We started this year with the grand opening of our Syracuse office (marking yet another FS satellite location on the East Coast), as well as took on some incredible new clients, pushing us past the 1,000 clients threshold!
This past summer, we welcomed a creative and talented Junior Web Designer & Project Manager, Katlynn Whitaker, to our team. We also got our very own beer named after us, and took on some pretty big clients, such as the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, United Way of Broome County, Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security and more.
As they always do, things seemed to pick up even more in the fall.
September brought a big move for our Binghamton location – the birthplace of FreshySites – from our cozy Court Street office to the beautiful and spacious Roberson Carriage House. We also welcomed a Community Engagement Manager, Giovanna Bernardo, bringing our team count to three times its original number.
In October, we broke the FS website launch record, launching 27 full websites in 31 days – 8 sites more than our previous record – including the first-ever E-Commerce site for USA Volleyball! We also had the honor of hosting New York State Senator Fred Akshar and his team who toured our space to learn about the demands and pressures on Upstate New York’s growing businesses.
The last few weeks of the year weren’t going to go by without some more excitement though. Just a few short weeks ago, we welcomed Emily Petko as a Junior Web Designer and great new addition to our team!
2017 was a pretty fantastic year filled with some amazing milestones for FreshySites – did we mention we built 237 websites and launched 185 sites this year? On top of that, we answered 2,594 support tickets. That’s 942 more tickets than in 2016!
…Onward to a Fresh(y) 2018
With even more awesome things in store for the new year, thanks to great clients, exciting projects, fun events and more, we can’t wait to see what 2018 brings.
We hope you’ll join us for the journey 🙂
